In the case while making the payment, amount is debited and you get a cancellation email ,the amount is reversed back to your account within 72 hours .
In case the amount is not reversed please contact us with the payment details so that we can check from our end
1. We have a self return policy. In order to return the product you will have to pack the item and ship it to our address which will be informed to you in E-mail once you select the products to return on our Return panel.
2. Items are eligible for return if they are being returned within 7 days of delivery and fulfil any of the following conditions :
- Item was delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition.
- Item was not as per the image displayed on the website.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you.
4. The cost of return shipping will not be covered by Mirraw.com. Any customs duty charged will not be covered by Mirraw.com and will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. You may request for Replacement (exchange) of product, or refund of money or coupon worth product amount, that you could use on future purchase from Mirraw.
6. Any Custom / Standard Stitched Item or Lingerie Set items cannot be exchanged or returned.
