• Stitched Products are customized to your measurements, cannot be resold/reused and hence will not be eligible for returns/refunds.

• If you are not happy with a product you have received, don’t worry. You can always return it back within 7 days without any deductions.

• Send us an email preferably within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will reply with the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to send back the product.

• If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

• Color and Texture may have slight variation. This happens because of photography.
• Dry Clean only. Cold water recommended.

• Embroidery, Patch work and thread work may have slight irregularities.
• Turn the garment inside out before washing to avoid abraison.

• Yarns and Slubs may have some uneven and missing contrasts.They are inherent chararcteristic of the fabric that make its style peculiar.

• Color, Design, Overlapping and Placement may have slight variation. These is because they are hand printed.

• Design may have slight variation.
