The product description says wine but the colour that I have received is dark purple like an aubergine. I got it delivered after 20 days. Mirraw took 15 days to make it and the delivery people Atlantic International sat on it for 5 days. I called the customer service of Mirraw and the lady I spoke to her name was either Neetu or Neeru. She said she’ll give me a call back after speaking to her senior or email me back but I never got any communication from her. I then tried to reach them through social media but got no response. I chased the courier company also several times as I needed this item for a major family event. It’s horrendous absolutely with no communication and late delivery. Absolutely unprofessionals.
