Completely unethical company. I ordered a semi-stitched blouse. Unfortunately, what was sent to me was a completely unstitched blouse (a rectangular piece of fabric). Initially the company insisted I ordered an unstitched blouse, that i had made the mistake, until I sent them screenshots of my order for a semi-stitched blouse (in fact there is no ”unstitched” option available for this lehenga). They then insisted I must pay to ship the item back to receive a refund. This was not a customer mistake, I did not receive what I ordered. A customer should NEVER have to PAY to get a refund for the wrong item. After days of emails back and forth, they refused to reimburse shipping. I finally had to order from another company to make sure I received the lehenga in time for the wedding. Incidentally, it was the exact same lehenga, on another site, for $30 cheaper. I convinced everyone else in my family to order from indianweddingsaree.com so they would not run into the same problem.
