I ordered customized stitching. The top is too small and not the way I wanted (stitching) The communication between the stitching team and customer service is really bad. The lack of communication made the experience really bad as I have to write back and forth multiple times same information. Delivery was on time , which is great and I thank you Mirraw for that. However, would avoid ordering customized products in the future.

We were asked to pay $12 for some extra net fabric that had to be added to make the bottom longer. The net doesn't look good compared to the dress fabric itself. We are going to remove it, unfortunately. We wish the fabric added was a better fabric than a net fabric. We are happy with our purchase overall but for the little addition. We don't have any complaints other than this little hiccup. We like Mirraw people.

Hello, the color mentioned in the product catalog was GLAMOUROUS PEACH CORDING DORI WITH ZARI, but the lehenga received is rani pink color which is way different from the picture as well as the color description of the lehenga. the only reason we liked the lehenga because of the color peach in picture and the description. But since the color is pink , I will not be able to wear this lehenga as it does not go with my color choices. How can we address this problem with the product???
