One of the earrings arrived broken

The necklace was very good loved it and I like the quality.

Overall good set but the earrings backing came in bent. If I bent it back I feel it would break.

Item arrived not packed neatly in any boxes and was just thrown in the box and arrived damaged and broken in pieces, ever shopping here again
