The quality of the saree is very low. The stitches for the red lining are seen outside on the border for the whole saree, which is pretty ugly looking. And the pallu has thin patches all over and looks torn in between the design. Also, over the phone consultation, the tailor mentioned that the sleeves of the blouse will be stitched to the elbows, but the blouse came with short hands. For the type of saree, short hands do not look good. I am extremely disappointed with the price I paid and the quality of the product I received.

Blouse I ordered was custom stitched. I specifically asked for the special neck and sleeve lenth. They send me their standard blouse which neck I don’t wear and sleeve not per my request! When I completed they just gave me ticket number and told me they WILL NET BACK TO ME IN72 Hours. ITS BEEN 18 days I send them the pictures of their product and original measurements and MANY EMAILS BUT NOONE RESPONDED! I need to wear the Saree in 3 days! I send them email if I don’t get the proper blouse I have to return my order. EVEN THAN NO RESPONSE! I TRIED TO CALL THEY JUST HAVE THE RECORDING AND PUT YOU ON HOLD, NO BODY COMES TO ANSWER! Very bad customer service . No one responsible. Can’t use the product.
